Job Description:
A busy call center is looking to add energetic, professional, and dependable customer service representatives to its team in Augusta, GA. This position will work Monday through Friday, 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM. Candidates are encouraged to work from home after completion of a successful probationary period of 3 months.
The ideal applicant is a self starter with a professional phone manner. This is an entry level position. However, previous customer service, inbound call center, retail or hospitality experience is helpful.
The ideal candidate has the following:
Able to handle a high volume of inbound Calls/Inquiries
Customer service and quality oriented
Excellent communication and listening skills
Good problem solving skills
Professional phone etiquette
Excellent interpersonal skills and integrity
Problemsolving skills and flexibility
Dependable and available to meet assigned tasks
Flexibility with schedule
Available for overtime
Able to work well in a teamenvironment
Able to meet goals in a Fast-Paced environment
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of stable work history
High school diploma or equivalent
Flexible schedule and ability to work overtime
Ability to type 30 WPM
