The disclaimer has me a bit baffled. What do you suspect they mean by "funny business"? They must have had trouble with employees before.

We pay 10.00 per hour plus commissions averaging about 40.00 for successful appointments, but ranging up to 150.00. We have many agents setting an appointment per hour. One out of 3 appointments will be closed by the outside sales team. Because this product sells so well, and because you work from home we can afford to pay you in this structure
Shifts are 4 hours per day Monday Thru Friday, either from 9:00 to 12:00 with a 1 hour break for lunch and then 1:00 to 2:00 or from 1:00 to 5:00. Successful callers do have will have the opportunity to work longer shifts. We pay every Friday.
